Shipping policy

Processing Times:

-Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after purchase. This processing time is separate from the shipping time.

-Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following business day.

Tracking Information:

After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number immediately.

Delivery Times:

-US delivery time typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on the carrier.

-Rest of World delivery time, varies by location. Shipping charges, taxes and duties for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

Please note that courier tracking updates may take a few days to reflect.

Lost or Misplaced Packages: 

Once the carrier has received a package, it is out of our control. If a package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, the customer will need to resolve the issue directly with the carrier. We will not issue refunds or provide compensation for lost or misplaced packages.

Fraud Policy

-Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent based on our system's detection.

-Verification: If you believe your order was mistakenly flagged as fraudulent, please contact our customer service to verify your information and resolve the issue.

-Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
