Refund policy
Size/color changes:
Email us at support@livmofe.com. for size or color changes before your order is fulfilled. Once fulfilled, changes cannot be made.
Order cancellations are not allowed once an order is confirmed.
Returns & Exchanges:
-Eligibility: We accept returns for items that are in new, unworn, in original condition, and have tags attached within 30 days from the delivery date of your order. To initiate a return or exchange, contact: support@livmofe.com.
-Return Label: You will immediately receive a return label by email. The item must be shipped back within 30 days from the delivery date of your order. You are responsible to pay for your return shipping fees.
-Return Options: Once you initiate the return process, you will receive store credit for an exchange.
-Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit (e-gift card) will be issued instead.
Note: We reserve the right to decline returns that exhibit signs of wear or do not meet the criteria outlined above.
For worn or damaged returns, a fee of 50% of the product price may be applied, subject to inspection.
Refunds
We will no longer issue refunds. All eligible returns will receive store credit or exchanges.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be excluded from your refund.
Damages & issues:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt at support@livmofe.com. We will review the issue and determine the best solution.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
